Your Booking Journey

What to Expect

Every step from your first quote to the morning we arrive — laid out clearly, so you always know what comes next. Seven simple steps, two easy chapters.

Part One

Before You Book

From the quote in your inbox to the moment you reserve your date — here is exactly how it works.

1
Your Quote

An All-Inclusive Quote

Your quote arrives by email with a clear total — quoted before tax. It covers one 2-station premium restroom trailer, fully serviced. Two things to confirm on your end:

Power. You provide a standard 20-amp, 120-volt outlet within 100 feet of the trailer — or we supply an ultra-quiet generator, added to your quote.
Water. You provide a water spigot within 100 feet of the trailer — or we pre-fill the fresh water tank before delivery, added to your quote.
2
To Confirm Your Booking

Simply Reply “Accept”

When you are ready to move forward, just reply to the quote email with the word “Accept.” That is all it takes. Once we receive it, you will get two separate emails:

An itemized invoice breakdown and your rental agreement.
A secure payment link, sent from invoice@ingramrestroomrentals.com.
3
Payment Terms

How Payment Works

Payment confirms your reservation and your acceptance of the rental agreement. The terms depend on how far away your event is:

Events within 30 days — full payment is required to reserve the date.
Events more than 30 days away — a 50% deposit invoice is automatically issued once your “Accept” reply is received. The remaining balance is due one month before the event.
Please note: your event date is not reserved until payment is received.
Part Two

After You Book

Your date is reserved — here is everything that happens next, right through to delivery day.

4
Payment & Reservation

Securing Your Date

Once you accept, your deposit invoice is sent. Submit payment using the secure link in the email from invoice@ingramrestroomrentals.com. Your quote breakdown and rental agreement are attached — submitting payment confirms your acceptance of all terms and conditions in that agreement.

Important: your event date is not reserved until the deposit is received.
Checkout note. You may see the standard rate first, with the client credit applied at checkout. Your final total will reflect at the end.
Client credit note. The credit is split evenly between the deposit and the final balance — unless your event is within 30 days.

Delivery Setup Info

Send Us a Placement Photo

To schedule delivery smoothly, we ask for one simple thing — a marked aerial photo of your placement area. Text it to (808) 743-7614 or email it to us. Your photo should show:

Trailer placement location — mark where the trailer should sit.
Door direction — mark which way the restroom doors should face for guest access. The doors are on the left side when facing the trailer from the hitch.
If we will be using an onsite water spigot or power outlet, mark and label those as well.

No rush on this yet — we will request it again when we reach out to schedule delivery. For trailer specifications, see our gallery.

Delivery & Pickup

We Arrive, Set, & Return

Your trailer is typically delivered the day before your event, or the morning of, depending on availability and our route that day. Pickup is the following morning, between 6 AM and 12 PM. Timing is route-based, and we confirm your window with you in advance.

No one needs to be present for delivery or pickup, as long as clear placement instructions have been provided. Every trailer arrives clean, leveled, climate-controlled, and fully stocked — ready before your first guest.

Next Steps & Timeline

The Road to Event Day

Here is how the final stretch unfolds, so you always know what is coming:

Once the deposit is received — your event date is officially confirmed and reserved.
30 days before your event — the remaining balance is due.
About 14 days before — Cassandra reaches out to coordinate delivery timing and finalize logistics.

From there, we handle the rest. If you ever have a question along the way, just reply to any email, call, or text — we are always happy to help.

Good to Know

A Few Details

Not steps — just the helpful specifics worth knowing before your event.

Access & Setup

A school-bus-sized space is needed for delivery and setup, with clear vehicle access to reach it. Placement must be on level ground — soft ground may be affected, especially in wet conditions.

Street Placement

If the trailer is being placed on the street, a municipal permit is required and must be provided prior to delivery. Most towns require permit applications at least 30 days in advance, so it is best to start early.

Trailer Orientation

The restroom doors are located on the left side when facing the trailer from the hitch. Keep this in mind when choosing which way the trailer should face. See our gallery for full specifications.

What’s Included

Restrooms are fully stocked with premium essentials — running water, climate control, private stalls, upscale finishes, and toiletries. What you see in our gallery is exactly what you receive. Exterior branding may vary.

Questions

Common Questions

No — as long as we have clear placement instructions and the area is accessible, no one needs to be present for delivery or pickup.
Typically the day before your event or the morning of, depending on availability and our route. We confirm the timing window with you in advance, and the trailer is always set and ready before your first guest arrives.
No problem at all. We supply an ultra-quiet generator and can pre-fill the fresh water tank before delivery. Both are added to your quote, and the trailer runs completely self-contained.

It is already reflected in your quote. At checkout you may see the standard rate first, with the credit applied at the end. The credit is split evenly between your deposit and final balance — unless your event is within 30 days, in which case it applies to your full payment.
