Services Provided

Ingram Restroom Rentals provides premium restroom trailer rental services for events, construction projects, and other temporary needs. Service details, pricing, and logistics are confirmed through a written rental agreement provided at time of booking.

Booking & Payment

A deposit is required to hold your event date. Full terms including payment schedule, cancellation policy, and remaining balance due date are included in your rental agreement. Pricing provided in your quote is all-inclusive — no hidden fees will be added after your quote is accepted.

Quote Validity

Quotes are valid for the period stated in your quote email. Pricing, availability, and applicable fees may change after a quote expires and are not guaranteed beyond the validity window. Reservation of your date is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit, not by quote issuance.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the event date, location, guest count, and site access. The client must ensure clear vehicle access for delivery and pickup. Any damage to the trailer caused by client negligence or misuse may result in additional charges as outlined in the rental agreement.

Communications and Consent

By submitting our quote request form or otherwise providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us by email, phone, and text message related to your inquiry, quote, booking, and rental. Message and data rates may apply for text messages. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and booking activity. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Opting out of text messages does not affect transactional emails or phone calls necessary to complete a booking you have requested.

Automated Tools and Artificial Intelligence

We use automated systems and AI-assisted tools to help process inquiries, generate quotes, draft communications, and manage scheduling. These tools assist our team in delivering fast and consistent service. A human team member remains responsible for reviewing and approving final pricing, booking decisions, and any matter requiring judgment.

Automated quotes are provided for convenience based on the information you submit. Final pricing and availability are subject to our review and confirmation; in the event of a discrepancy between an automated quote and our confirmed rental agreement, the rental agreement governs.

Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure information on our website — including photos, specifications, pricing estimates, and availability indicators — is accurate and current. However, content may contain errors, omissions, or out-of-date information, and is subject to change without notice. Specifications, dimensions, and features of trailers may vary. Confirmed details for your specific rental will be provided in your rental agreement.

All content on our website — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and brand elements — is owned by The 5th Jackson Company LLC or used with permission, and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Reviews and User Submissions

If you submit reviews, testimonials, photos, or other content to us (including through email, text, or third-party review platforms), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that content for marketing and promotional purposes, including on our website and social media, with attribution by first name and last initial unless you request otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

Ingram Restroom Rentals and The 5th Jackson Company LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or website, or from any reliance on automated quotes, availability indicators, or website content. Our total liability for any claim related to a rental is limited to the amount paid by the client for that specific rental.

We are not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather events, traffic conditions, site access issues at the client's location, utility outages, equipment failures despite reasonable maintenance, third-party service provider outages, or acts of God.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ingram Restroom Rentals, The 5th Jackson Company LLC, and our employees and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Changes to These Terms

Governing Law
