Agreement to Terms

Services Provided
Ingram Restroom Rentals provides premium restroom trailer rental services for events, construction projects, and other temporary needs. Service details, pricing, and logistics are confirmed through a written rental agreement provided at time of booking.
Booking & Payment
A deposit is required to hold your event date. Full terms including payment schedule, cancellation policy, and remaining balance due date are included in your rental agreement. Pricing provided in your quote is all-inclusive — no hidden fees will be added after your quote is accepted.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the event date, location, guest count, and site access. The client must ensure clear vehicle access for delivery and pickup. Any damage to the trailer caused by client negligence or misuse may result in additional charges as outlined in the rental agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Ingram Restroom Rentals and The 5th Jackson Company LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific rental in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Gloucester County, New Jersey.
