Our Booking Process

Submit Event Details

Complete the form with your event information so we can prepare an accurate, all-inclusive quote tailored to your event.

Receive Your Quote

Within 24 hours, you will receive your availability confirmation and full quote by email. If clarification is needed, we will contact you directly.

Reserve Your Date

Reply “Accept” and submit the 50% deposit to secure your event date. Events within 30 days require full payment.

White-Glove Delivery and Setup

We deliver prior to your event within a scheduled route-based arrival window and complete setup on site. No one needs to be present as long as we have clear access and placement instructions.

Next Morning Pickup

Standard pickup is completed the following morning between 6am to 12pm, route based. Scheduled pickup times and extended keeps are available for an additional fee.
