Step by Step
Simple, Start to Finish
Request a Quote
Tell us your date, address, guest count, event hours, and whether water and power are available. Within 24 hours you'll receive one email with your quote, a payment link and your rental agreement.
Reserve Your Date
Payment reserves your date — a quote holds nothing. Booking 30+ days out: 50% deposit now, balance due 30 days before your event. Within 30 days: full payment reserves your date.
Placement
If someone will be home for delivery, simply show our crew where you'd like the trailer when we arrive. If no one will be home, we'll ask for a placement photo (details below).
Delivery & Setup
We reach out 7–14 days before your event to coordinate. We typically deliver 24–48 hours before your event — level, climate-controlled, stocked and ready before guests arrive. Same-day delivery is available on request.
Morning-After Pickup
We return the morning after your event, typically between 6 AM and 12 PM depending on route timing. Nothing for you to do.

Placement
Only If No One Will Be Home
If no one will be home for delivery, send us an aerial or GPS map photo of your property showing your preferred spot, with an arrow marking which way the doors should face.
Please make sure the spot leaves enough room for our truck to detach from the trailer, pull forward, and exit. Need trailer dimensions? Our gallery has the full floor plans and specs.
Placement checklist: level ground · a clear access path for the truck and trailer · no low branches, wires or overhangs above the spot · room to detach, pull forward and exit.

Power & Water
What the Trailer Needs to Run
Not sure what you have? That's completely fine — just mention it in your quote request and we'll build the right solution into your quote.
20-Amp Outlet — Best Option
A dedicated 20-amp, 120-volt outlet within 100 ft of the placement area (our included power cord is 100 ft) (look for the T-shaped notch on the left slot). A 15-amp outlet can work with our step-down converter, at your own risk, since it may trip a breaker under full load.
Generator Rental — Recommended
No outlet available? Add our quiet inverter generator rental (additional fee). We supply, deliver, and operate it — you don't need to do anything. It runs at around 60 decibels, about as loud as a normal conversation.
Water
Two easy options: connect to your standard spigot and hose (we bring 110 ft of hose, and extra hoses connect to each other or to yours), or we arrive with the fresh-water tank pre-filled for a small fee. Waste collects in a sealed tank we remove after your event.
No servicing during your event unless you book our optional on-site attendant (additional fee). The trailer is fully stocked before guests arrive and sized to your guest count.

Common Questions
Where can a restroom trailer be placed on my property or venue?
Most events do well with a level, accessible spot near the guest flow but out of direct sightlines. We will review access, turning radius, and ground conditions so placement looks intentional.
How should I prepare my site for a restroom trailer?
Confirm access, a reasonably level placement area, and whether you have water and power (if not, that is not a problem). If you are unsure, request a quote and describe your venue — we will guide you through it.
What happens if it rains on event day?
Premium restroom trailers are designed for real-world events. We plan placement and access so guests can use the restrooms comfortably, even with changing weather conditions. As part of our agreement, there are built-in rain dates as long as dates and availability align.
Are your generators loud?
We use a Predator 5000 Watt Dual Fuel Super Quiet Inverter Generator. It delivers clean stable power and operates at around 60 decibels — about as loud as a normal conversation — so it stays discreet during your event.
Do you offer a baby changing option?
Yes — if needed, we can include a baby changing pad option. Mention this in your quote inquiry so we can plan accordingly.
