Private Locking Stalls
Fully separate men's and women's sides — each with its own exterior door, private locking stalls, vanity mirrors, and stainless steel sinks. No shared hallway, no cross-traffic.
Running Water & Real Sinks
Guests use real stainless steel sinks with flowing water — exactly what they'd expect in any quality indoor facility. Waste water is collected in a sealed holding tank.
Heat & Air Conditioning
Integrated heating and air conditioning — both standard, not add-ons. Comfortable whether your event is in July heat or on a crisp October evening.
Upscale Interior Finishes
LVT flooring, full-length mirrors, proper interior lighting, and clean wall finishes throughout. Not a basic portable unit dressed up — the materials are genuinely elevated.
Pre-Stocked Toiletries
Toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, and hand sanitizer — all included and stocked before your event begins. Nothing for you to source or manage.
Self-Contained Sanitation
A sealed, properly vented waste holding system — odor-free when properly maintained, which is entirely our responsibility. Waste is removed and disposed of off-site.
The 2-Station Luxury Trailer
Up to 150 Guests — Fully Self-Contained.
Each of our 2-station trailers serves up to 150 guests over 6–8 hours, with fully separate, private suites, running water, climate control, and full LED lighting. For larger events, we plan multi-trailer setups.

Are the stalls fully enclosed?
Yes. Each stall has full-height walls and a floor-to-ceiling door with a locking latch. Complete privacy for every guest.
Do men and women share an entrance?
No. Each side has its own completely separate exterior door.
Will there be an odor?
No. When the system is properly maintained — which we handle before every rental — there is no odor. Our reviews consistently note this.
Is climate control an add-on?
No. Both heat and A/C are included in every rental at no additional charge.
Is the lighting good inside?
