What's the delivery and setup timeline?
We coordinate a delivery window based on your event schedule. Setup takes 30–60 minutes. We work within your event timeline and venue restrictions — just share the schedule and we'll build around it.
Who do I communicate with on the day?
Cassandra Ingram, Director of Operations, is your direct point of contact from booking through event day. One person, clear communication, no handoffs to an unfamiliar team member on event day.
Do you offer preferred pricing for planners?
